This device is a power indicator. It has a gas mix of 80% neon, 20% helium, 0.4% argon and a trace
of mercury, at a pressure of 10mm of mercury (yes that's over 100% but that is what the EVS sheet says).
The prototype for CV264 was AP1188. This was to be CV2951 according to the CV Register but it was cancelled. The
EVS sheet for CV264 does state that AP1188 was the prototype. Here is an AP1188 which was donated and described as
the CV264 prototype. It carries the AP1188 mark on the glass but very faint.
