This valve measures 265x50mm overall (across the body; 78mm across the flange)

The function of this device is unknown. It has a coaxial connector at one end (top in the main photo) and a window at the bottom. The centre of the coax connector appears to connect to a rod running down inside the metal structure that can be seen in the glass section.
