This CRT has electrostatic deflection and focus. The screen is green with an afterglow not exceeding
0.2 seconds. The Y-plates - nearest the screen - are suitable for asymmetrical deflection voltages while
the X-plates are designed for symmetrical voltages. When viewed with the base spiggot uppermost a positive voltage
on X1 will deflect the spot to the left and a positive voltage on Y1 will deflect it upwards.
